Dieting Cause Drowsiness

It's true! I swear on my cheeks (not that cheeks yeah THAT cheeks) that I could not lift an eyelid during a 2 hours meeting. Full plate of rice is bad for body and mental health. LOL.

What I ate today for

Breakfast
- small portion of fried mihun
- 10 slices of cucumber
- 2 half boiled eggs

Drank 2 litres of water before lumch time

Lunch
- plain rice
- spinach (loads)
- other greens
- 2 pieces fish (spanish mackerel and garoupa)

There and some kuih raya. Bad bad very bad indeed. I know!
